Shipping Policy - DELIVERY WITHIN INDIA

Fulfillment Time

• We normally ship all orders within 2 business days.
• Custom / Made to order collections are dispatched within 5 business days.

Delivery Information:

• Final delivery time will vary based on location.
• Standard Deliveries take 2-5 Days in India.
• However, there might be delays due to extraneous factors. Tiber Taber shall not be responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, state affairs or clearance issues. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities but will help you track down a package through our partner courier services.

• At the time of delivery, if the packaging looks damaged or tampered, please do not accept the package.

Shipping Charges

Domestic Orders:

• We charge Rs. 100 for orders with a value below Rs. 1000. (Non Refundable if shipped)
• Free shipping is available for all orders above Rs. 1000 within India.

How do I make Payments ?

• Prepaid – You can make secure online payments using your debit cards, credit cards, Net banking, Wallets or UPI.
• Bank transfers are accepted upon special request.
• Cash on delivery (COD) – Available for domestic Indian Orders at an additional cost of Rs 100. (Non Refundable)

Do you Have Express Delivery?

We offer express, 1-2 business day delivery for selected pincodes at an additional price of Rs 350.

• Orders placed before 2 PM are dispatched on the same day and the transit time is calculated based on that.
• Orders placed after 2 PM, are dispatched on the next business day.
• Business days do not include Sundays, Indian National holidays, and major festivals.

Tracking your Order

An email and whatsapp is sent to you after the order is shipped. It contains the tracking number and details of the service provider. You can also track your order by logging in on our website. Track Here (https://www.tibertaber.com/apps/parcelpanel)

Modification in Orders

Yes, modification wrt to shipping address and content is possible before the order is dispatched. Once dispatched, no changes can be made to the address or the order contents.

Should you modify to cancel your order, please inform the team via email on support@tibertaber.com, DM us on Instagram/Facebook or Call/WhatsApp us at + 91 9354443530 | Monday to Saturday, between 10 AM to 6 PM IST.

Outlier Locations

• Though we use some of India's largest logistics companies for shipping, we are bound in coverage by their reach. Few Pincodes might not have COD service or prepaid delivery possibility.
• In case your address is in a location not served by them we would contact you to find and work out an alternative solution (if possible) to make your products reach you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping:

• All orders are shipped internationally from our warehouse in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India via DHL/FedEx Express shipping service.
• We strive to dispatch orders within 2 business days. Delivery time varies depending on location, but typically takes 4-10 days.
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Customs and taxes:

• Due to the nature of international shipping, customers may occasionally be required to pay additional import duties and taxes. Most orders will not be subject to any additional fees, but we cannot guarantee this.
• We have arranged with DHL/FedEx to clear customs on your behalf and deliver your package to your doorstep. Payment is required prior to delivery, at the point when the shipment arrives at the customs checkpoint. Once customs duties have been paid, the shipment will be released and delivered promptly.
• If you are unable to pay customs duties at the time of delivery, your order will not be canceled or refunded. Your package will be destroyed by the local authorities.
• You may also be charged handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. The recipient of the parcel is responsible for paying any charges on the parcel (this applies to both retail and wholesale customers).

Other:

• Returns and refunds are not possible for international shipping.
• If you receive a damaged order, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will replace the damaged item
